Better skilled fighter usually wins. And Joshua isn’t Earnie Shavers by any means. Power vastly overrated

Usyk ends the bodybuilder's boxing career, he then fades into obscurity, only to be remembered as the the guy who beat an old man & Charles (Walking God) Martin, KO'd by the fat kid, clowned by a cruiserweight, avoided the 2 best heavies in the division, and could never break into the US market due to massive failures.
So long AJ

It's funny isn't it?
There were people on here adamant that Usyk couldn't win. Apparently he was too small and just another cherry pick by Joshua (even when pointed out he was a mandatory).
Now, one fight later, Joshua can't win. Usyk is too fast, too skillful. Joshua's just a stiff robot who can't go more than a few rounds
Is there no middle ground in people's thinking? Is it at all possible that this is a high level fight between two of the best in the division?
By all means predict a winner and provide your reasons. But don't tell me either fighter has no chance in this one. It's a great fight, just as the last one was.

But I do agree that AJ does not have one punch power like Wilder. His stoppages come through explosive combinations that break the opponent down.
The problem is that AJ was only really ever able to hit Usyk with one punch at a time, so his power could be handled.

I am not saying that it will be easy but it is very possible to come out with a decision if a KO doesn't happen.
There was no tension in the air, it was as though
... This was a "routine" defence for Joshua, another Pulev or dare I say it, and other Ruiz 1.
Joshua even let Usyk pose with the belts, just like Ruiz 1, everyone had a good laugh, high fived, smiles all around.
Joshua is a good fighter, but not good enough to take any of these guys lightly, least of all a fighter of Usyk's calibre.
Now they know exactly how dangerous this guy is, I'm curious to see the reaction from Joshua.

The sensible pick is Usyk, but to say Joshua has no chance is just ludicrous.
I am picking Usyk to win, but I firmly belive Joshua has a very real chance, and that Usyk will have to be at his very, very best to win again.Bob likes this.

Bivol totally neutralised a confident, prime canelo.
I think Joshua fought a poor tactical fight, he can change certain things, Canelo fought how canelo fights vs Bivol, what can he change?

To Joshua's credit he stuck to the path he's always said he's on, and he made the fight many thought he wouldn't.
Usyk was always the guy Joshua should avoid. He's completely the wrong style for him. There were a few of us saying that on here before. Those who claimed Usyk couldn't win weren't making boxing predictions, they were trying to diminish a potentially big Joshua win in case it happened.
Usyk will rightly start favourite this time, but we'll see if Joshua can adapt. What he did after the first three rounds will give him confidence. I'm convinced he hurt Usyk in those middle rounds. He just didn't have it in him to follow up, and Usyk keeps his poker face well.
