UK superstar Ricky Hatton may not be the only reason why pound-for-pound king Floyd Mayweather, Jr., 30, is ready to come out of retirement.

Radar Magazine reports that Mayweather was served with a child support lawsuit while attending the BET Awards at L.A.'s Shrine Auditorium. The lawsuit was filed on Tuesday by ex-girlfriend, Josie Harris in L.A. Superior Court, claiming that Mayweather failed to pay child support for his three children.

The magazine notes that Mayweather was sitting next to Motown legend Berry Gordy when an employee of private investigator John Nazarian served him a copy of the suit.

This will not be the first time that Mayweather and Harris have battled in a court room. Two years ago, Mayweather was dragged into court by Harris over allegations that he beat and kicked her outside of a Las Vegas nightclub. He was tried and acquitted of charges of the charges.
