WBA #11 cruiserweight Ruslan Fayfer (19-0, 13 KOs), who was very busy in 2015 (7-0, 5 KOs) and in 2016 (7-0, 6 KOs), started 2017 with yet another quick win, annihilating Argentinean lanky veteran Cesar David Krenz (22-10, 13 KOs) in two rounds.

Fayfer sent Krenz down with a short left hook to the chin in the first, and got the job done with a smashing left hook to the liver in the second round. Fayfer is now the IBF International 200lb champion. Kirill Pchelnikov promoted the event.

In a co-main event, it took heavyweight bomber Rostislav Plechko just three punches to get the rid of Ugandan Bernard Adie (14-5, 10 KOs). Plechko, 27, is now 10-0, 10 KOs, nine of his stoppage wins coming in the first round. He got the job done with left hooks.
