WBA bantamweight champion Wladimir Sidorenko will finally get to defend the title on November 26, in Leverkusen, after two postponements for fight in Japan.

In Leverkusen, Sidorenko will face Venezuelan Jose de Jesus Lopez.  Topping the bill is Maselino Masoe´s defense of the WBA 160 lb title against Felix Sturm. the fight of the night will surely be the WBA I/C clash at jr welterweight between Muhammad Abduallev and Andreas Kotelnik. Also in featured bouts are welters Michel Trabant and Mark Suarez in an IBF eliminator and super middleweight Jurgen Brahmer taking on Henry Porras.

 

Former EBU flyweight and bantamweight champ David Guerault takes on Brit Martin Power on December 3 in Dombasle for the vacant EU 118 lb title.

 

Czech jr. middleweight Lukas Konecny kept busy with an unanimous points win over Polish southpaw Andrzej Butowicz on November 6 in Prague.

 

Heavyweight Rene Dettweiler faces Belorussian Roman Suchoterin on the undercard to Sam vs Maskaev, November 12 in Hamburg. Jr middleweight Alexander Abraham squares off against Frenchman Sylvain Gomis and middleweight Mahir Oral takes on Christophe Karagoz.

 

Swedish middleweight Manjie Conteh has announced his retirement after the loss to James Moore this past weekend. Conteh, a good amateur, goes out at 5-6 in a career that never really took off.

 

Romanian lightweight Vasile Dragomir will now face Bulgarian Assen Vasiliev for the vacant EBF 135 lb title on November 19 in Vienna.
