Emanuel Augustus Stops David Wiremu in Two

Sin City Boxing would like to congratulate our fighter  welterweight boxer Emanuel Augustus on his spectacular second round KO victory last night in Sydney, Australia over David Wiremu.  Emanuel Augustus despite his deceiving record is one of the most talented and entertaining fighters in the sport of pro boxing.  It showed once again last night after being inactive for six months.

In a tune up fight to prepare for a possible showdown on April 4, 2008 in Sydney, Australia against WBC #6 ranked & IBO Welterweight Champion Isaac Hlatswayo.  Emanuel Augustus KO'ed David Wiremu of New Zealand in the second round in his adopted hometown of Sydney, Australia.  Stay tuned as Emanuel Augustus continues his march toward the welterweight championship of the world.  Have a very successful day.

such wasted talent.

Augustus should stop taking fights on short notice and get disciplined.. He's the classic prize fighter who fights at the drop of a hat but its taken its toll on his record and also his potential earnings.. instead of these…

I hope he can put some kind of a winning streak together and get serious about it for a while. I'm sure he could give a good fight to some of the top light welterweights.
