Darren Tetley has signed a promotional contract ahead of his ring return.

The undefeated Bradford southpaw, 23, is set for action on May 13 at the First Direct Arena in Leeds.

But before he makes his comeback following a six-month hiatus, Tetley (13-0, 5 KOs) had the news confirmed that he had signed a promotional deal with Frank Warren.

Tetley’s first fight under the Warren and Queensberry Promotions banner, which is set to be over eight rounds against Luke Keleher (2-6-1, 1 KO) will be on the May card, which is topped by Josh Warrington’s WBC International featherweight title defence against former world champion Kiko Martinez.

The show, which will be screened exclusively live on BoxNation and BT Sport, is also set to play host to the homecoming of double Olympic champion Nicola Adams, who makes her professional debut in Manchester on April 8, as well as a 10-round showdown for Tyrone Nurse, provided he gets through his April 22 British super-lightweight title defence against Joe Hughes in Leicester, and a pair of other title fights.

Jazza Dickens is slated to defend his British super-bantamweight title against mandatory challenger Thomas Patrick Ward, Josh Leather and Phil Sutcliffe collide in a battle for the vacant IBF Inter-Continental super-lightweight title, while there is action Reece Mould, Ryan Garner and Tom Young.

Also on the card, Joe Maphosa, a former Team GB member, will make his professional debut and Kalam Leather, Zak Chelli and Thomas Kindon are all set to feature.

Boxing Scene understands that MH Legg, should he get through his fight on April 8 unscathed, will also be added to the card.
