The Manny Pacquiao-Miguel Cotto press tour hit the Performing Arts Center in Caguas, Puerto Rico. Over 1,500 fans mobbed the scene to get a glimpse of the two fighters facing off on the podium and discussing their fight for Cotto's WBO welterweight title on November 14 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. The Puerto Rican fans were very receptive and showed respect to Pacquiao, cheering both the Filipino fighter and his trainer Freddie Roach.

The country of Puerto Rico has seen a lot of success with their athletes in the last year. Cotto promised to continue the Puerto Rico's run of success by beating Pacquiao in November.

"I assure you that the party will continue when, after 14 November, Miguel Cotto returns to Puerto Rico with a win," Cotto said.

Cotto's trainer Joe Santiago had similar comments.

"There are approximately nine weeks to go for what could be the best fight of the century. There are nine weeks to prepare and there can't be any excuses. The team of Miguel Cotto is quite sure that on November 16, we will be arriving at about 12PM to celebrate the victory with all of you," Santiago said.

Daniel Santos defends his WBA junior middleweight title on the undercard against undefeated mandatory Yuri Foreman. He promised to back Cotto up and bring home a second with to Puerto Rico.

"I am very proud to be fighting on the same card as my friend Miguel Cotto. We are training hard and I'm eager to get into the ring. I can say that I'm in great shape. I'm taking this training camp very seriously. The fans can rest easy, because both myself and Miguel are going to give everything. Prepare yourselves for November when there will be two victories for Puerto Rico," Santos said.
