Ricky Burns wants to win the Ring Magazine super-featherweight title - while promoter Frank Warren is planning a summer unification fight.
Burns retained his WBO title with a points victory over Andreas Evensen on Saturday.
And how he wants to take on Ring number one Mzonke Fana.
"Even more than world titles, the belt I've always wanted to win above everything else is the Ring Magazine one," he told the Daily Record.
"At the moment they rank Fana No.1 and I'm No.2.
"I'll leave it all up to my manager Alex Morrison and my promoter Frank Warren but that's what I want.
"No Scottish fighter has ever won that belt so it would be nice to be the first. Anyway, Rocky Balboa had one so I want one as well!"
Meanwhile Warren says that Burns is likely to return in March after a break over Christmas.
"Firstly I will say that we will not be rushing Ricky," he told the Evening Times.
"He needs a good rest and he will not be in action again until March
.
"But after that I would be looking to have Ricky fight three times and maybe even four in 2011.
"The focal point of the New Year for Ricky will, I hope, be a world title unification fight possibly in the summer. That is the definite target for 2011."
