As previously announced by Sauerland Event, Polish cruiserweight contender Mateusz Masternak (32-2) will fight on the undercard to Arthur Abraham vs. Paul Smith on Saturday (Sep 27). It will Masternak´s first outing with renowned coach Ulli Wegner as trainer. Masternak blames the loss to Youri Kalemba in a WBA title fight in June due to the inexperience of his then chief cornerman Piotr Wilczewski. Opponent for Masternak on Saturday is Hungarian veteran Gabor Halasz (35-15).
