Christian Mbilli: record, next fight and profile →
Middleweight prospect Christian Mbilli remained unbeaten late Thursday night, stopping Luis Fernando Pina in the second round at the Palais des Sports in Orleans, France. It was another impressive performance for the 23-year-old Mbilli in his toughest test to date as a pro.
Middleweight Christian Mbilli notched another knockout victory and won a regional title belt in the process. Mbilli dropped Ramon Aguinaga twice en route to a fifth round knockout victory late Friday night at the Theatre de Tivoli in Le Cannet, France. The fight was a clash of unbeaten fighters, but it was Mbilli's pedigree and punching power that overwhelmed the fighter from San Luis Potosi, Mexico.
