Brad Pauls believes that he is being overlooked ahead of his British middleweight title fight with Nathan Heaney

WE LAST WEEK convened to formally reveal the latest of our highly-acclaimed ‘Magnificent Seven’ cards, which will take place at the Resorts World Arena in Birmingham – formerly known as the NEC – on Saturday March 16.

Nathan Heaney will make the first defense of his British middleweight title against English champion, Brad Pauls, in Birmingham on March 16th. The fight will be part of Queensberry’s ‘The Magnificent Seven Ride Again’ card.

British middleweight champion Nathan Heaney (18-0, 6 KOs), fresh from his stunning victory over Denzel Bentley to claim the title in November, will make his first defense of his Lonsdale belt, against the English champion Brad Pauls (18-1, 10).

Tyler Denny produced a career-best performance against Brad Pauls to successfully defend his English middleweight title. Although the pair served up a competitive, entertaining fight, Midlands man Denny dominated for large spells and was awarded a unanimous decision by the judges. Howard Foster and Terry O’Connor both scored the 10-rounder 97-93 while Michael Alexander saw it 98-93 and the previously-undefeated Pauls could have few complaints about the decision.

‘The Newquay Bomb’ Brad Pauls (15-0, 9 KOs) is ready to explode as he steps up to face domestic rival Ryan Kelly (16-3, 8 KOs) in an eliminator for the British Middleweight Title as part of a huge night of free-to-air boxing on Friday May 13 at the Indigo at the O2 in London, live on Channel 5.

Josh Kelly (10-1-1, 6 KOs), Harlem Eubank (13-0, 5 KOs) and the British middleweight title clash between Linus Udofia (17-0, 9 KOs) and Denzel Bentley (15-1-1, 13 KOs) will top a card in the capital as Wasserman Boxing launch their first free-to-air event live on Channel 5 on Friday May 13 at the Indigo at the O2, in association with William Hill, Numan and Infinitum Entertainment.

Undefeated middleweight Brad Pauls (14-0, 9 KOs) has signed a long-term promotional deal with Wasserman Boxing. Known as 'The Newquay Bomb', the explosive Cornish fighter is one of the UK's hottest prospects. Unbeaten in fourteen professional contests including nine wins inside the distance, the current Southern Area Champion has already established a reputation as a fan favorite thanks to his all action style.
