Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum would like to bring Brandon Rios (32-2-1, 23KOs) back in the fall and there are several options out there for him, according to the veteran promoter.
After suffering back to back defeats to Mike Alvarado and Manny Pacquiao in 2013, Rios returned to action on Saturday night at the Cosmopolitan Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, and defeated Diego Chaves by way of a nine round disqualification.
Among the options - a trilogy match with Mike Alvarado, a shootout with Ruslan Provodnikov and a battle with former two division champ Tim Bradley.
"He could fight Alvarado in a third fight. He could fight Provodnikov and he could fight Timothy Bradley," Arum told BoxingScene.com.
Provodnikov is going to return to HBO in November. Promoter Artie Pelullo would like to match his boxer against Rios.
"I have a good relationship with Artie, but [the next fight] depends on what Rios and [manager] Cameron [Dunkin] want to do," Arum said.
