The former undisputed welterweight champion, Zab Judah (34-4, 25KOs), is returning on April 27 at the DeSoto Civic Center in Memphis. Judah tells the Memphis based Commercial Appeal , that he is ready to take his career back to the top by fighting the best fighters of the welterweight division. In 2006, Judah suffered major blows when he was upset for his titles by huge underdog Carlos Baldomir, lost his next bout to Floyd Mayweather, Jr., and was suspended by the Nevada State Athletic Commission for his part in a in-ring riot which took place during the Mayweather bout.

"I really want Mayweather. Everybody knows when you let me rest and come back, I'm like a monster," Judah said "It's time to get back to business."

Mayweather is not the only guy Judah will target, Shane Mosley, Antonio Margarito and Miguel Cotto are all on the list as well. But, Judah has Mayweather as the top choice, still feeling the sting of being suspended because of a brawl that took place during his fight with Mayweather, while feeling that Mayweather's camp got off easy.

"I know I got a raw deal," Judah said. "The whole Mayweather camp, they were back eligible to do what they got to do already, and we're still suffering for something we didn't start? I think we definitely got a raw deal. Me and my Dad (are) still suffering, you know what I'm saying? But we still got a little upliftment, knowing that April's right around the block and we'll be right back at it."

No more titles and no more off-the-wall antics in the ring, Judah says he is coming back to chase the history books.

"I told my dad the other day, at this point it's not even about winning belts, winning titles," he said. "I got every world title belt in my house, every one. It's about just going ahead and solidifying your place in history as one of the best fighters in the world. It's almost like a story-tale ending, you know? Live happily ever after."
