It looks like the WBC cruiserweight championship between the reigning champion Krzysztof Wlodarczyk (44-2-1, 32 KOs) of Poland, and Puerto Rican undefeated contender and WBC mandatory challenger Francisco Palacios (20-0, 13 KOs), will take place on champion’s home turf.
According to BullIt Knockout Promotions chairman Andrzej Wasilewski, a corresponding agreement was reached between Team Wlodarczyk and Don King, who represents the Boricua’s interests. This news was announced during on Saturday during PolSat's boxing broadcast. The 2nd of April is the probable date of this fight. WBC #1 Palacios is also ranked #5 by the WBA and #9 by the IBF.
