It's been a week since the biggest heavyweight fight in the last few years and the search is on. Both Vitali and Wladimir Klitschko, the two-headed king of the sport’s elite division, are looking for new challenges in and out of the sport. Both brothers took part in a Moscow presser at the MK media hall to share their thoughts and their feelings about K2's foreseeable future.

While Vitali’s (42-2, 39 KOs) plans are clear – he clashes against two-division world champion Tomasz Adamek (44-1, 28 KOs) on September 10 in Wroclaw – Wladimir’s (56-3, 49 KOs) future is much more foggy at this point. However, the younger Klitschko, who holds WBA, WBO, IBF, IBO and The Ring belts (WBC green belt belongs to Vitali), gave some tips to the media in attendance.

About a place for his future fight - “Together with my brother, we possess all of the major and meaningful titles in the heavyweight division. However, we don’t think this is the end of the road. I have more interesting fights and thrilling challenges in the future. I want to perform in front of my native fans at “Olimpiyskiy” national sports arena in Kiev, which has been recently fixed and reconstructed. I have never done that before”.

About unbeaten contender Alexander Povetkin and a possible fight in Moscow - “This is an intriguing possibility. We have already discussed a probability to fight in Luzhniki stadium in the past, but those negotiations never panned out. Alexander fights Ruslan Chagaev soon, and God willing he will be victorious come fight time. If he becomes a mandatory challenger or a regular champion, the battle can come here, to Moscow. We have never fought here in Russia, and we think it’s quite an interesting possibility for us. We have the desire to fight here for the fans”.
