There is a good possibility linear heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko could return to the ring in March of next year, according to the IBO/WBA/WBO/IBF unified champion.
"March ia possible, it would be a good time time to fight," Wladimir said.
Wladimir said that there are many options as to whom Klitschko could face. One fighter Klitschko could face is his IBF mandatory challenger Kubrat Pulev of Bulgaria or his WBO mandatory challenger Denis Boystov.
A possible lucrative fight on the table could take place against Chris Arreola, who stopped Seth Mitchell in one round last month in Indio, CA.
Klitschko and actress Hayden Panettiere are now engaged, but their wedding plans do not figure to infringe upon the possibility of the Ukrainian boxer fighting in March.
Earlier this month, Klitschko won a one-sided, yet sloppy 12 round unanimous decision over Alexander Povetkin. Aside from the four knockdowns Klitschko scored against Povetkin, the fight was marred by mostly holding that produced criticism from media and boxing fans alike.
No word yet on where the fight would take place or if HBO, which aired the Klitschko-Povetkin fight, would buy the rights to next Klitschko fight.
