There are multiple reports coming out of Germany, stating that Jean Marc Mormeck (36-4, 22KOs) is under serious consideration to face IBF/IBO/WBO/WBA heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko (56-3, 49KOs) on December 10th at the ESPRIT arena in Düsseldorf, Germany. Mormeck has been inactive since last December's decision win over Timur Ibragimov.

A former cruiserweight champion and the most popular fighter in France, Mormeck dropped David Haye in the fourth round of their 2007 cruiserweight unification, but then faded and got knocked out in the seventh. He took two years off and returned as a heavyweight in 2009, winning fights over Fres Oquendo, Vinny Maddalone and Ibragimov.
