MGM Grand, Las Vegas - Thousands of fans were packed inside of the MGM Grand to watch welterweights Manny Pacquiao and Shane Mosley make weight for their showdown - Saturday night on Showtime pay-per-view. The inside of the MGM was full, without question, and there were thousands of fans who were trying to crash their way inside to attend the weigh-in. The entire show has been sold out for a few weeks.

The first boxer to the scale was "Sugar" Shane Mosley, a former three division champion, and he was in the best shape that I've seen him in several years. He was fully ripped and weighed 147-pounds at the limit.

Pacquiao, the defending WBO welterweight champion, stepped on the scale and weighed 145-pounds and was equally ripped.

WBO super bantamweight champion Wilfredo Vazquez Jr. was 122-pounds at the limit, while former champion Jorge Arce was 122-pounds on the nose. Both were in great shape.

In a fight held a few pounds above the limit, Kelly Pavlik was 170-pounds and undefeated Alfonso Lopez was 169-pounds.

Junior welterweight Mike Alvarado was 139-pounds and Ray Narh was 140-pounds at the limit.
