Talk about a tough return to the ring. After months of talk, former champion Wayne McCullough (27-6, 18KOs) is set to return for the first time in over two years on December 1. McCullough, 37, has not fought since suffering a beating at the hands of Oscar Larios in July of 2005.

Forget a tuneup, McCullough is going to challenge undefeated power puncher Kiko Martinez (17-0, 14KOs) for the European Bantamweight Title. It was reported by BBC Sport that King's Hall in Belfast is the slated location for the fight.

This past August, Martinez destroyed highly regarded prospect Bernard Dunne, one of McCullough's countrymen, in a single round.
