Vitali Klitschko is out to destroy David Haye for a final time and complete the job his brother Wladimir started, admitting: 'I'd be happy to beat him.'

After 18 months of tormenting the world champions with a series of taunts and stunts Haye was completely overwhelmed by Wladimir in Hamburg over a week ago, losing his WBA title in a unanimous points decision.

The London fighter had planned to call it quits in October when he turns 31 but his humiliating defeat in Germany - where he cited a broken toe as his downfall - has forced a re-think.

Vitali, the elder Klitschko brother at 39 and WBC champion, is willing to grant Haye his wish, intent on causing another embarrassing defeat for the Briton.

'If I had the chance, I'd be happy to beat Haye,' he said, speaking to BBC Radio FiveLive.

Should the fight materialize Haye would be forced to wait until December or the turn of the new Year with Vitali already set to take on Tomasz Adamek in Poland on September 10.

Haye is desperate for redemption in a re-match with Wladmir too and the WBO, WBA, IBF, IBO and Ring Magazine holder refused to rule-out the prospect of another lucrative showdown.
