Ufgauhalle, Karlsruhe, Baden-Württemberg, Germany - IBF I/C super middleweight champ Vincent Feigenbutz (26-2, 23 KOs) wn a twelve round unanimous decision over Hungarian Norbert Nemesapati (25-6), who weighed in at over 170-pounds on Friday.
The scores were 118-110, 116-112 and 117-111 from the official judges.
As previously reported, Nemesapati came in on late noice after Russian contender Dennis Sirotkin (11-0) withdrew with illness.
This now the fifth win in a row for Feigenbutz, since getting knocked out by Giovanni De Carolis in January 2016.
Feigenbutz has stayed busy with knockout wins over Crispulo Andino, Guillermo Andino, Wilmer Gonzalez and Mike Keta. Sauerland wants to continue building up the young boxer, sharpen his skills, to ensure that he;s fully ready when it's time for a world title opportunity.
Also on the card, German heavyweight Michael Wallisch (17-0, 10 KOs) made his debut for Sauerland Event with a six round decision over Andre Bunga (4-9). Wallisch has power, but still needs to have his skills sharpened up before he takes on a better level of talent in the weight class.
Also, Juergen Braehmer trained super middleweight prospect Denis Radovan (4-0, 2 KOs) got a first round stoppage over Francisco Duran (5-8). Radovan made his pro debut last December and this was his third win over 2017. Radovan is viewed as a potential rising star talent by his trainer.
