Former welterweight champion Victor Ortiz (30-5-2, 23KOs) is at it again. He wants revenge on Floyd Mayweather Jr. and he wants it on September 12th, when Mayweather returns to the ring for what might be the final time.

Mayweather knocked out Ortiz in four rounds in 2011. Some felt the ending blow was a suckerpunch. Ortiz was coming over to Mayweather with his hands down to aplogize for an intentional foul, and as Ortiz took a step back - Mayweather blasted him with two punches to end the fight.

"Mayweather, you owe me dog. Lets give the people what they want. It should be me [in September]. I aint running. You owe me. Floyd, c'mon bro...unfinished business. That's what it should be called as the title...unfinished business. You owe me bro, what's up," Ortiz told Hoop Jab.

Ortiz was in action last December, snapping a three fight losing streak with a third round TKO of Manuel Perez.

There are some options out there. He has several rematch possibilities.

"First of all [Marcos] Maidana has been running from me for a while, you know it. [Andre] Berto.. any time baby. [Josesito] Lopez...you don't want none of me," Ortiz said.

And there is also the grudge match with his old stablemate, Brandon Rios. The two fighters had at one time trained side by side at the Oxnard gym of trainer Robert Garcia. There was a falling out and Ortiz left Garcia's stable. Over the years, the two boxers have often traded words in the press. Ortiz is no longer interested in trading words in the press, but if he sees Rios in the ring - or in the street - they can handle business.

"Rios...who's that? Who's that again? I know who that is. I brought him from Kansas to Cali and introduced him to the Garcia camp. I left Rios there. I'd rather not say anything. If I see him in the street or see him in the ring, let's get it on baby," Ortiz said.
