Humberto Soto, 39-5-2 will face Ivan Valle, 24-7-1, on the Hasim Rahman vs. Oleg Maskaev championship card August 12 at the Thomas and Mack Center.  Both fighters are from Mexico. Soto vs. Valle is scheduled for 12 rounds and will be on the HBO Pay Per View telecast.  Valle replaces Bobby Pacquiao who was not available on that date.
