According to the word coming come out of Mexico, the upcoming fight between Edwin Valero and Antonio Pitalua will have the full WBC lightweight title at stake. The fight was previously scheduled for the interim title, but is going to be changed due to the recent decision by Manny Pacquiao to vacate the full title.
The fight headlines the Golden Boy Promotions' Lighweight Lightning pay-per-view, scheduled for April 4 in Texas.
