Sauerland Event have in a press release in German announced that WBA regular super middleweight champion Tyron Zeuge (19-0-1) will defend the title on March 18. Neither site nor opponent have been announced.
Zeuge won the title in the rematch against Giovanni De Carolis in November. He will continue to be trained by former WBA king Juergen Braehmer and Konny Mittermeier.
Petteri Frojdholm (11-0) and Faroukh Kourbanov (12-0) clash for the vacant EU super lightweight title on March 2 in Oulu (Finland) in an interesting matchup on this Paimander Sports promotion.
Promoter and agent Petri Paimander won purse bids for Frojdholm against Spanish veteran Rudy Encarnacion and it was set for January 20-21 in either Finland or Estonia. However, Encarnacion never signed the contract and Paimander was allowed by the EBU to find another suitable opponent and found Kourbanov.

The Nordic Nightmare, heavyweight Robert Helenius (24-1) and his manager Markus Sundman, are currently in negotiations with three different promoters for a big fight in March, writes Juhani Gronberg at knock-out.dk.
According to the same source Helenius earned 120,000 Euro for his 48 seconds blowout of Omar Gonzalo Basile December 17 and remains the big drawing card in Finnish boxing - but there many critical voices heard in the poor choice of opponents.
Helenius began the year with a knockout loss at the hands of tough Frenchman Johan Duhaupas but have since won two straight - but against relatively soft opponents.
