Two Boxing tragedies in Japan, is it time for big safety changes?

The time for big safety changes in Japan was years ago. They are literally like, "If he dies, he dies." Never seen such poor emergency procedures and safety protocols in my life. They were more prepared at my high school football games in the 2000s and we were a broke *** city school.
