The trainer of Danny Williams, Jim McDonnell, has told the UK's Sun Online that he has obtained the secrets to beat Vitali Klitschko. The camp of Williams is pulling out all the stops in order to defeat Vitali Klitschko on December 11th and bring the WBC heavyweight title back to England.

Apparently there is a book which was produced by the Klitschko brothers which gives very detailed information regarding their training methods and mental attuitude, the book is called "The Klitschkos". McDonnell went as far as to translate the entire book from German to English and stated that the book "makes a good read".

McDonnell told Williams that Vitali wrote in the book that he suffers from bad training days and the information seems to have boosted the confidence level of Williams, who suffered from the same mental attitude in several of his camps.

“Klitschko’s book has also told me that his head is not always right when he admits suffering from down days when he prepares. I told Danny ‘Look, you’re not the only one. Klitschko suffers and every fighter in the world probably suffers the same way’. said McDonnell

“I’ve been able to glean so much information from it (the book) I know more about Vitali than he does himself. I’ve also watched every one of Klitschko’s 36 fights on video and there is only one outcome — Danny will be the new heavyweight champion of the world.

McDonnell said the book clearly shows that Vitali does not know how to properly train for a fight and he is nothing more then a six round fighter.

“There is a major leak in Klitschko’s armoury. He may have a PhD after his name for his doctorate in sports psychology but he does not know how to prepare properly for professional boxing. All of his workouts revolve around three minutes, the same time as a round, but it means he suffers from a big stamina problem. He’s training for a sprint. After six rounds his stamina is rock bottom and that was exposed when he was beaten by Lennox Lewis. Sure he will be dangerous for those six rounds but so will Danny and once the bout goes into the later stages, then there is only one winner.”

“I’ve also reminded Danny that when he stopped Tyson he beat the heavyweight described as one of the greatest fighters who walked the planet. Is anyone saying the same thing about Klitschko? No. And when Danny beats him everyone will know it.”
