Top Rank President Todd DuBoef is looking for big things with his new heavyweight acquisition, undefeated top contender Jarrell 'Big Baby' Miller.
Miller has been out of the ring since November 2018, when he knocked out Bogdan Dinu.
He was then scheduled to face WBO, IBF, WBA, IBO heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua in June 2019 at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
Miller then tested positive for numerous banned substances - and he was pulled from the Joshua fight.
He was replaced on late notice by Andy Ruiz, who pulled off one of the biggest heavyweight upsets in decades when he stopped Joshua in seven rounds to capture the heavyweight crown.
A few weeks ago, Miller officially signed his promotional deal with Top Rank.
"Miller was supposed to be opposite Joshua but it didn't happen," DuBoef told Sky Sports.
"The heavyweight division is at the forefront of boxing's renaissance. Look at Miller, Joshua, Tyson Fury, Deontay Wilder, Dillian Whyte, Andy Ruiz Jr - these guys are all in play.
"Miller has a like personality to Fury and Wilder - a great talker and very charismatic. He's a guy that can offer a lot. He is one of boxing's most unique and exciting characters, but most importantly, he can fight."
Top Rank have also signed up heavyweight contender Oscar Rivas, who has been out of the ring since suffering a decision loss to Dillian Whyte in July 2019.
"He [Rivas] will be at the top of an elite pool of fighters in the division who will have a big say," DuBoef said.
