Top Rank promoter Bob Arum wants to feature undefeated featherweight Jun “Hercules” Doliguez in his first fight card in Singapore planned for September 21.

Manny Pacquiao’s adviser Michael Koncz told BoxingScene.com/Manila Standard that they had straightened out their existing agreement with Top Rank in which any Filipino boxer who fights on a Top Rank card has to go through Pacquiao’s MP Promotions which is handled by Koncz.

Koncz told us he would talk to the manager of Doliguez, Elmer Anuran, about   the offer.

With his expanding thrust in Asia which began with Macau and is now moving to include Singapore, Arum is  targeting promising Filipino fighters to include in his upcoming fight  cards along with Indonesiian, Thai and Japanese fighters.

He told us that he would have a number of Asian fighters in his venture into Singapore.

Arum earlier mentioned that he  had heard of  Doliguez, the southpaw with a record of 16-0-I with 12 knockouts and wished to sign him up, promising that he would “get the kind of exposure and treatment he deserves.”

The Top Rank promoter told us he wants to match Doliguez against Russia’s IBF featherweight champion Evgeny Gradovich, the 26 year old with a record of 16-0 with 8 knockouts who will clash with Maurico Javier Munoz of Argentina (26-3, 12 KO’s) on Top Rank’s card at the Venetian Resort Hotel and Casino in Macao on July 27.
