The WBFed International lightweight title is at stake when Rudy Encarnacion (37-26-4) and Jean Pierre Bauwens (42-4-2) square off December 1 in Ghent (Belgium). Both are capable veterans, both are coming off losses and both have seen better days but probably have a few good fights ahead of them.
