Sources close to the situation have advised BoxingScene.com that Liverpool's light-heavyweight Commonwealth title-holder Tony Bellew, 15-0 (10KOs), has split with current coach Anthony Farnell; 'Bomber' is expected to return to his amateur roots ahead of a make-or-break rematch against Ovill McKenzie, the two meet on February 19 for the British title vacated by Nathan Cleverly.

Bellew and Farnell remain on good terms, we understand that Tony wanted to train somewhere closer to home and will now make his way back to the Rotunda ABC as he seeks to put Ovill, stopped in the eighth during his last time out, behind him.
