Former two division world champion Tomasz Adamek (44-2, 28 KOs) admitted that he is not enthusiastic about a rematch with the returning Andrew Golota (41-8-1, 33 KOs), but at the same time the boxer has definitely not ruled out the possibility. According to Adamek, the 44-year-old Golota is in constant contact with Ziggy Rozalski, who manages Adamek and used to manage Golota when he was active.

"He constantly calls Ziggy and urges us to hold a rematch. He says that he is in very good shape. I have not said no. Andrew is my friend, I certainly would not want to fight him again. However, if Andrew really insists, if he really thinks that he can beat me, and Ziggy says that we should give him one more fight, then I'll think about this proposal," Adamek told Polish Times.
