Tom Ford (Weerachit Kitee) 7W(7KO) 2L 2D will have a chance to make a big impact early in his new training and management deal when he takes on Waylon "The Outlaw" Law for the WBC Continental lightweight Title at the Queensland State Equestrian Centre (QSEC) in Caboolture on July 26th.
 
Ford, who only signed with Smithy's Promotions a few days ago, will be looking to capitalise on a big opportunity to gain international recognition.
 
"This is a great start for us to continue building Tom's career," said trainer/manager Brendon Smith.
 
"The WBC is a prestigious body and a win here will gain Tom a lot of recognition both here and on the international scene. I am very excited, Waylon is a really good boxer so it will be a good fight on July 26."

Waylon Law lands a right hand Standing in the way of Tom Ford will be Waylon "The Outlaw" Law. Law 8W(2KO) 6L is best known for his wars with Brent Elliot which earned fight of the year on Fox Sports for 2013.
