Earlier today in Hamburg, Germany, Fabrice Tiozzo retained his WBA light heavyweight title when he knocked out the former WBO light heavyweight champion Dariusz "Tiger" Michalczewski at the Color Line Arena.

Tiozzo (47-2) stopped Michalczewski (48-2) at 2:15 of the sixth round after he was unloading punishment on the former champion which put Daiusz down. Tiozzo gets revenge for a loss to the Dariusz two decades ago at the European Junior Championships in 1986. The comback of Michalczewski is now over.

After the bout, to the suprise of everyone, Tiozzo called out Roy Jones Jr. A move that is suprising since Jones is more or less retired and the top light heavyweights are Glen Johnson and Antonio Tarver.

"I have proved that I am a great professional," said Tiozzo after the fight in Germany. "Now I want to fight Roy Jones."
