The last time we saw Tim Bradley was on December 13th when he was held to a questionable draw against Diego Chaves at the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. During that bout he suffered a grotesquely swollen left cheek as a result of a clashing of heads with the rugged Argentine.
His wife Monica, who now manages her husband's career, told BoxingScene.com that 'the Desert Storm' is,"good to go," for 2015 and they are looking ahead to wrapping up his next fight.
"Basically we're working on a date in late May or June," said Mrs. Bradley.
As for the possibility of facing WBC middleweight champion, Miguel Cotto, she stated 0 "I'm not quite sure. I can't say no and I can't say yes. We haven't discussed opponents."
With the fractured nature of this business - with certain fighters simply not in the running to face Bradley because of their associations with certain advisers and networks - it will be interesting to see just who the former junior welterweight and welterweight champion will be paired with in 2015.
"He's going to be in the ring twice this year," said Monica. "Mid-year and the end of the year."
