Former two division world champion Timothy Bradley (31-1, 12KOs) is open to the idea of facing IBF welterweight champion Kell Brook (33-0, 22KOs).
Bradley returns on Saturday night against Diego Chaves in the main event of an HBO televised tripleheader from the Cosmopolitan Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.
Brook, who won the title from Shawn Porter in August, is going to make his first defense likely in Sheffield in February.
Top Rank President Carl Moretti has had conversations with Brook's promoter, Eddie Hearn of Matchroom Sport, about doing a fight next year.
"I had some conversations with Eddie Hearn and Kell Brook if he can’t get the Amir Khan fight put together. Tim ironically won his first title at 140 against a Brit so maybe he will have to fight another to win the title at 147," said Moretti.
Khan also return this Saturday, facing Devon Alexander at the MGM Grand.
