IBF #15 and Thai Bantamweight Prospect, Theeraphong DiStar (Keawnongsamet) showed his supirior boxing skill and outscored over the little known Filipino fighter, Freddy Rigco as kept his IBF Pan Pacific Bantamweight belt on June 20, 2005 (BKK time) at Suan Dusit Rajabhat University, Hua Hin Campus, Thailand. This programme was arranged by Kiet Kririn Boxing Promotions.
The Filipino challenger attacked Thai champ since the opening session but Theeraphong landed the effective counter left hands for got the point. The Refferee warned Ricgo due to his intension head butt. Thai champ had many accurately right jabs and good body shots to destrone Filipino fighter every rounds. He landed the combination right-left in last round for rock his foe legs. The official scorecard were reads all 120-108 for Thai champ as oneway scorer.
On the samecards, former WBF Bantamweight, PABA Super Bantamweight (Interim), IBF Intercontinental Bantamweight, and IBF Pan Pacific Junior Featherweight champ, Fahsung 3K-Battery and scored KO4 over Bejie Conception of the Philippines.
