Heavyweight Laval Bermane Stiverne (19-1-1) will face Kerston Manswell (20-0-0) of Trinidad & Tobago in a high stakes showdown for the WBC USNBC championship on January 29 at the Silverdome in Pontiac, Michigan. The fight takes place on the undercard to the junior welterweight unification between Timothy Bradley and Devon Alexander. In his last battle, fought on November 11 at the Corona Theatre in Montreal, knocked out his American rival Ramon Hayes (15-31-1) in the first round. Stiverne has so far accumulated 18 KOs in his 19 victories.
