Former heavyweight champion Lennox Lewis recently made a strategic suggestion to his countryman David Haye, to fight Wladimir Klitschko in the same manner as Nikolai Valuev. In the clash with Valuev, Haye stayed away and moved around the ring while throwing only a few punches per round. Emanuel Steward, former trainer of Lewis and current trainer of Klitschko, doesn't expect Haye to fight in that style because Valuev is a lot slower.

"Yes, Lennox suggested that. But I don't think Haye will listen to his advice. Valuev is a very slow fighter, and Wladimir is the complete opposite - very fast, agile, and, moreover, an excellent athlete. Therefore, these comparisons are inappropriate. In contrast to Klitschko, Valuev acts like a robot, and therefore this comparison is insulting," Steward told Alexander Pavlov.
