Stephen Fulton is hoping to rebound from his defeat to O’Shaquie Foster with victory over Liam Wilson in Australia.

Philadelphian Fulton is now 23-2 (8 KOs) and lost to Foster in December following an impressive win over Brandon Figueroa.

Now he travels to the Afterpay Arena in Sydney to face the rugged Wilson over 12 rounds on July 25.

“I expect Liam to be on his A-game and take this fight as an opportunity to get a shot at the title,” said the 31-year-old Fulton. “This fight is to show that I am nowhere near finished and to redeem myself after my last performance. I let my fans and peers down in my last fight, as well as myself, so this is me coming back out strong.”

Wilson has won his last five since a stoppage loss to Oscar Valdez in 2024 and he is now 18-3 (10 KOs).

He has promised Fulton a hostile reception in Australia.

“Fulton has been a champion in two divisions,” said Wilson. “I respect that. But I'm 'Mr. Damage' — I don't do easy nights and I don't do backward steps. On July 26, he's going to find that out.
