Unbeaten top rated contender Errol Spence (20-0, 17KOs) is ready to travel over to the UK and fight IBF welterweight champion Kell Brook (36-0, 25KOs).

Algieri had previously gone the distance in tough fights with Manny Pacquiao, Amir Khan and Ruslan Provodnikov.

Brook is in desperate need of a well known opponent. After capturing the title in August of 2014 from Shawn Porter, Brook has faced three overmatched opponents in Jo Jo Dan, Frank Gavin and Kevin Bizier.

""I would definitely take that fight next. I'm the number one contender and I'm up next to fight Kell Brook and that's what I'm looking for. How that fight will go? I will win," Spence said. "Kell Brook is a good fighter. I take nothing away from him, but I believe in my abilities and what I can do."

Spence also has no issue with traveling to the UK to fight Brook for the belt. He would venture on the same path as another rising superstar, Terence Crawford, who traveled over to the UK to capture his first world title with a victory over Ricky Burns.

Spence's adviser Al Haymon, and Brook's promoter Eddie Hearn, have a very close working relationship.

"That's negotiations. I'll let my camp deal with the negotiations. If he comes here, then Ill fight him here. If I have to go there, then it is what it is. I'm not scared of Kell Brook. I'm not scared going over to England and bringing the title back," Spence said.
