Mexico's Antonio "Kanas" Lozada (23-1, 20KOs) is training to redeem his career. In his last fight, against Roberto Ortiz in June, the junior welterweight was knocked down four times before the bout was called off in the fourth. Lozada returns on Saturday September 3 at the Estadio Centenario in Los Mochis, Mexico. The main event will feature a showdown between former champions Humberto "Zorrita" Soto (56-7-2, 32 KOs) and the Nicaraguan Jose Alfaro (25-7-0, 22 KOs), who clash in a ten round junior welterweight bout.

Lozada (23-1-0, 20 KOs) will face dangerous former national champion Joel "Dinamita" Juárez (30-17-2, 25 KOs) in a scheduled eight round bout.

"I will return with more energy. I lost the fight against Ortiz because he caught me and I could not recover, but I'll be fine mentally and physically and ready for whatever comes. The goal remains the same, to win a world championship," said Lozada.
