Viorel Simeon (19-1) and Alex Miskirtchian (26-4-1) will headline EC Boxing´s March 18 show in Bucharest (Romania). The featherweight meet in a quality matchup with the IBF Intercontinental title at stake.
Both men have been around for some time and missed some big chances and are now looking get back into the mix.
Miskirtchian have held the EBU title and fought for the IBF belt but suffered a bad setback last year when he was stopped by Cornelius Lock.
On the undercard heavyweight prospect Adrian Granat (11-0, 10KOs) take on Austrian spoiler Samir Kurtagic (12-8) .
This fight was first set for March 12 in Paris but was moved to Bucharest after cruiser Nikola Milalic was injured.
In additional heavyweight undercard action, Christian Hammer (18-4) will square off against faded veteran Michael Sprott (42-25).
