The best prospects from Canelo Promotions will be in action on May 13 and May 28 in Guadalajara, Jalisco. Undefeated juvenile Horacio "Violent" Garcia and world ranked Jesus "Negrito" Silvestre will return on May 13, along with Fernando "Hurricane" Castañeda. Garcia, Silvestre and Castaneda, who are known for their dynamite fists, are aiming to impress the audience at Arena Jalisco. Their opponents will soon be announced.

On the evening of May 28, also at the Arena Jalisco, a night of boxing will be headlined by the unbeaten Janet "Cuisillos" Perez, the current national super bantamweight champion. Also on the card, super featherweight Oscar Cortés, Christian  Valverde, Erick "Sayayin" Gutierrez and Japanese flyweight Masamichi Nozaki, who will debut in Mexico.

Similarly, opponents for these gladiators, except Nozaki who faces Hector Rodriguez, will be announced shortly.
