Former two-time welterweight champion Shawn Porter picked up another victory Saturday night when he defeated Adrian Granados via unanimous decision. The fight was televised by Showtime as part of a triple-header, headlined by Deontay Wilder's one round destruction of Bermane Stiverne.

A rematch against Keith Thurman, whom he lost a close decision to in 2016, is the fight Porter covets the most. He is however also interested in facing the newest entrant to the welterweight division.

Terence Crawford, who won a title at 135 pounds and unified all four titles in the super lightweight division, is expected to make his welterweight debut in March against WBO champion Jeff Horn.

Porter doesn't expect Crawford to have any problems with Horn.

"He is gonna dominate Jeff Horn for sure. He has the range, the boxing ability.  He is smooth. He is tough. Terence Crawford is a complete fighter against someone like Jeff Horn who doesn't even have 20 fights. That is a long shot for Jeff Horn but it was a long shot with him and Manny Pacquiao.  The difference with Manny Pacquiao and Terence Crawford is that Crawford is in a different part of his career," Porter explained to BoxingScene.com.

"We thought that Manny Pacquiao retired and we saw him come back. Terence Crawford is a long way from retiring. He is a long way from being washed over and I am looking for him to wash up Jeff Horn."

Porter does not believe that Crawford will have the same advantages he enjoyed prior to moving up to welterweight.

"47 is different. 40 and 35 those guys have speed and if they don't have speed they have power and just come at you. Not to say Terence Crawford hasn't beat anyone but no one has been on his level. Moving up to 147 the guys are just as big as he is and we have speed and power at welterweight. That is what makes my division the most exciting so it is definitely going to be interesting to see how he handles the weight and the power in the welterweight division," Porter said.

As for a potential fight, many will point to the fact that Crawford's promoter Bob Arum rarely does business with Porter's handler Al Haymon.  But Crawford has faced Haymon advised fighters in two of his previous three fights so Porter does hold out hope that the fight can happen in the future.

"My dad asked me what I thought about fighting Terence Crawford and to be honest with you I never thought I would ever fight him and that is because he was a lot smaller than I was as an amateur and a pro so I never ever thought I would fight him. I told my dad he is moving up to 147 so I guess we have to take a look at him. Everybody is a target," Porter told BoxingScene.com.

"There is always that chance and if that chance happens that is a guy we have to fight. This is a business and Al Haymon and Bob Arum know this is a business and there is only so long you can do things one way and sometimes you have to change it up and eventually Arum and Al will change it up."
