The boxing show originally scheduled to take place on Friday, 8/25 is all set to go off this Friday, September 15th at JFK High School. The card will feature talented Brooklyn cruiserweight Shaun George, 11-1, who can’t wait get back into the ring in front of his adopted home state and get back on the winning track since suffering his only loss back in May. Paterson Jr. Middleweight is also excited to be in front of his local crowd and showcase his hard-hitting, all action style.
In addition to the two 8 round co-feature bouts, there will be two exciting 6 round bouts featuring up and coming young prospects matched in they’re toughest bouts to date. Jersey City’s sensational welterweight, Michael Torres, 7-0, will face tough Phoenix native, Romero Rivera, 4-1, 3 ko’s, and New York’s exciting, non-stop puncher. Jr. welterweight Jamar Patterson, 6-0 will face his stiffest test to date when he squares off against knockout artist Charles Wade, 4-0, 4 ko’s of North Carolina. Also on the card is Bayonne’s popular jr. middleweight Vince Irwin, 1-0 and New Jersey Golden Gloves winner, Carlos Macias making his pro debut in a Jr. Lightweight 4 round bout.
