Buffalo Bill's Star Arena, Primm, Nevada - In a grueling lightweight battle, Sharif Bogere (20-0, 12KOs) won a ten round unanimous decision over Raymundo Beltran (24-5, 16KOs). The scores were 96-94, 97-93 and 96-94. Bogere wins the vacant NABO title.

After four rounds and several head clashes, both boxers had bad cuts above their left eyes. Beltran rocked Bogere and scored what seemed to be a clear knockdown in the eight round but referee Robert Byrd waved it off. In the ninth, another clash of heads opened up a cut on the upper part of Beltran's head.

Heavyweight prospect Seth Mitchell (22-0-1, 16KOs) demolished Evans Quinn (20-6-1, 18KOs) in the first round. Mitchell put Quinn down with thirty seconds left in the first round. Quinn, who barely put any effort in the fight, made a mental decision to stay down for the count as referee Joe Cortez waved it off after the count of ten.

Super middleweight fringe contender Lester Gonzalez (12-3-2) defeated Alfredo Contreras (8-10-2) via unanimous decision. The scores were 59-54 twice and 60-53.  Gonzalez sent Contreras to the canvas in the third round but other than that the fight was uneventful.

Alantez Fox (4-0) knocked out debuting Warren Snapp (0-1) at the :50 mark of the 3rd round.

Fox came out strong as he rushed his inexperienced opponent at the opening bell. He blew his wad in the first 30 seconds as it was all Snapp from that point on. Fox also tasted the canvas in the 2nd round.

In the evening's opening fight heavyweights Lamont Williams (4-1-1) and Alvaro Morales (6-9-6) battled to a majority draw. The scores were 39-37 for Williams and 38-38 twice.
