Mike is very hands-on and well organized and he does a fantastic job for the fighters from a management perspective, so I am very grateful to have him as an integral part of my team.

“Golden Boy Promotions are a legendary outfit so to have the chance to perform on their shows is what fighters dream about. I have to thank The Contender Promotions as well for opening up the pathway for this link up and I can’t wait to get started this coming Friday night.”

Mosley Jr. continued, as he discussed his camp and relocation to Las Vegas to train under the tutelage of rising trainer Justin Gamber.

The California native said, “Training has gone very well for my fight on Friday night. I am always in the gym and training. Boxing is my life and even during the COVID-19 issues, I have found a way to stay active and healthy.

“I have been training with Justin Gamber since I relocated to Vegas and this has been a fantastic move for me. I have gone back to basics with Justin and rebuilt, and this has proven to have really improved me as a fighter. I’ve had great sparring with Quatavious Cash who recently boxed on ESPN so I’m really happy with how things have gone.

“I have to give a big shout out to my conditioning coach Larry Wade who works with the likes of Shawn Porter and Badou Jack. He is the best in the business in my opinion and he has brought a whole different level out in regards to my performance.”
