BoxingScene.com was advised that WBO junior middleweight champion Sergiy Dzinziruk (37-0, 23KOs) will defend his title in the fall. Last Friday, he made his American debut with a ten round TKO over a game Daniel Dawson. Dzinziruk, now living in the United States, wants to stay very active after sitting on the bench for 18 months while going though promotional issues. Dzinziruk may return in August or September.

"I was very impressed with him. I think he has the ability to beat anyone [at junior middleweight]. I don't how anyone at junior middleweight will get away from that jab," said Dzinziruk's promoter Gary Shaw, to BoxingScene.com.
