"What am I a painting?" - That was the question asked from Miami, Florida by undefeated Dominican Wilson "TNT" Santana, who faces Mexico's Marco Antonio "Veneno" Rubio on January 1 at the Centennial Auditorium Torreon, Coahuila.
Rubio and his team have already been discussing a possible fight with undefeated middleweight banger David Lemieux of Canada. The WBC ordered Rubio and Lenieux to face each other in a mandatory eliminator. Wilson says Rubio should forget it because he will never make it there.
"It offends me that his promoters are already talking about Rubio going for the championship of the world, when they must first face me. Maybe that little Mexican doesn't realize that I'm undefeated and I had a great amateur career," Santana added. "It will be a shame to ruin their new year, but this is what happens when you make plans ahead of time."
